Product Details

SOLVAR Radiator Cleaner is a 350 ml neutral cooling system cleaner used during coolant change on cars, SUVs and light trucks. Its sodium citrate and sodium gluconate chelating system helps loosen rust and scale deposits, sludge and old coolant residues from the radiator, engine water jacket, heater core and hoses so they flush out with the rinse water, restoring heat transfer and coolant flow to help prevent overheating. Benzotriazole protects copper and brass during cleaning, and a low-foam surfactant improves penetration. With a pH of about 8 and no free acids or strong alkalis, it is gentle on aluminium, hoses and seals. Add one bottle to a cold cooling system of up to 10 L, run 10 minutes with the heater on, then drain, flush and refill with SOLVAR Engine Coolant. Manufactured by CHEMIX LAB – New Borg El Arab, Alexandria, Egypt.
