How to Use

Wash and cool the panel first; work in the shade, never on hot paint.

Test on a hidden spot, especially on fresh paint, matte finishes or vinyl wrap.

Spray directly onto the tar, sap or adhesive, or onto a microfiber cloth.

Let it dwell 1–2 minutes so the deposit softens – do not let it dry.

Wipe away with a clean cloth; repeat on thick tar rather than scrubbing.

Wash the area with car shampoo and re-apply wax or sealant afterwards.

SOLVAR Tar & Adhesive Remover 600 ml is a ready-to-use solvent spray built around d-limonene, the natural terpene solvent extracted from citrus peel.
Road tar, bitumen spots, tree sap, insect residue, sticker and badge glue, price-label gum and tape residue all share an oily or resinous structure that water-based shampoos cannot break. This blend dissolves that structure within one to two minutes, so contamination lifts off with a gentle wipe instead of the picking and scrubbing that scratches clear coat.
The formula is free of chlorinated solvents and strong aromatics, and is safe on cured automotive paint, glass, chrome, alloy and most hard plastics – always test first on fresh paint, matte finishes, vinyl wraps and rubber.
